We responsibly source our products and equipment. Our own brand products have minimum packaging and we actively work with our suppliers to look at ways of reducing packaging.

Our boxes are made from responsibly sourced cardboard with a fully recycled lining. The boxes themselves are reusable and recyclable. We use a void fill packing system which is mainly air. The plastic bags can be reused and are fully recyclable in plastic waste.

We have targets set each year for waste management and reduction and are always aware of our carbon footprint.

Our Directory is printed on paper manufactured from wood pulp sourced from well managed and sustainable forests.
